What is bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a dynamic group lesson where you challenge yourself in a fun way. We combine cardio exercises, strength training and functional movements in a varied workout. Whether you are just starting to exercise or are already experienced, everyone can participate thanks to the adaptable exercises.
What can you expect?
• Exercises such as squats, push-ups, burpees, lunges and sprints.
• Use of materials such as resistance bands, kettlebells and cones, but also exercises with your own body weight.
• Training in the fresh air.
• Professional guidance and personal attention, so that you can train safely and effectively.
